HR Assistant
The HR Assistant plays a central role in keeping KMM's Human Resources operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position supports daily HR workflows, maintains accurate employee records, assists with recruitment activities, and contributes to onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee-focused events. As the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, the HR Assistant helps ensure a welcoming, professional environment while safeguarding confidentiality and upholding KMM's commitment to quality, precision, and mission-critical excellence across the organization.
