Your Role

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients to establish their needs and craft individualized therapy plans that help them reach their functional goals

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy practices to bolster continual advancements at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatments according to patients' evolving needs

What You'll Need

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Continuing education credits or post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
