Nurses, Licensed Practical and Licensed VocationalTryfacta is seeking Nurses, Licensed Practical and Licensed Vocational for our client in Buffalo, NY 14213. This is a 105-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Buffalo, NY 14213Duration: 105 weeksWork Schedule: Day – 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Night – 11:45 PM–7:45 AM Evening – 3:55 PM–11:55 PMPay rate: $35 - $38/hr on W2.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Medication administration and specimen collection;Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs;Provision of nursing treatments;Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms;Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety;Crisis intervention;Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed;File patient record forms in the appropriate location within the record;Perform other job-related duties as assignedTo be considered for this position, you should have:Valid New York State LPN license issued by the New York State Education Department.Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies.Successful completion of all required background and screening processes.Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide an I-9 for verification.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
