CT Technologist
CT Tech position available. Immediate start required. 12-hour shifts for three days a week, Friday through Sunday. Candidate must hold a current CRT. Fluoroscopy permit must be obtained within six months of hire. Venipuncture certificate must be obtained within three months of hire. ARRT-R certification is required. Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential. Current BCLS (AHA) certification is needed. Candidate must be a graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred. Proficient computer skills are necessary. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, and state and federal regulations. This position acts as the first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs. Participation in quality improvement and quality control activities is expected. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS. BLS certification is required.
