We are currently hiring for EXPERIENCED ARTIFICAL TURF CREW LEADERS . This new team member would be working on new installations, demolitions, and repairs; working with different types of materials such as K-9 turf, playgorund turf, and putting greens.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Detail oriented & organized
• Evaluate and execute hardscape/landscape design plans
• Positively manage a team of two or more
• Communicate with clients, operations team, and crew members
• Ensures jobs are completed on time and on budget
• Operate a skid steer, saws, laser levels, tillers, company trucks, mini excavator, etc.
• Comply with company policies, standards, & regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in artificial turf installation, experience as a crew leader - a plus
• Proficient in plan reading and execution
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Must be able to operate all equipment & train other employees on safe and proficient use
• Must possess a valid Class E license with a clean driving record; Class A - a plus
