What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Present product options pricing and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up with qualified leads and develop additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through honest recommendations and professional service.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate communication and a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products services and industry developments.
• Participate in ongoing training coaching and team meetings.
• Meet established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow company procedures.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3 years of consumer or residential sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales customer service and relationship management.
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products and solutions in easy-to-understand terms.
• Excellent organizational time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Commitment to integrity professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new products develop skills and contribute to team success.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screening requirements.
