Heavy Equipment Operators - Mulberry Projects - Per Diem - Mulberry, FL Primoris Energy Services is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for construction and excavation projects in Mulberry, Florida. Operators will run backhoes, excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and other heavy machinery to support civil and industrial site development. This role offers per diem eligibility and overtime opportunities on active field projects. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of dirt work experience and strong knowledge of safe equipment operation.
