Hospice RN Case Manager

Hospice RN Case ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager to join our team in the Plymouth area. As a Hospice RN Case Manager with Hospice Services of Massachusetts, you will be responsible for supervising hospice aides, completing comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs, and providing professional nursing care utilizing all elements of the nursing process.
