Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care and clinical support in a busy physician office setting. This role involves assisting with patient management, ensuring smooth healthcare delivery, and supporting physicians in various clinical tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients.
• Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, including patient reassurance, education, and telephone triage.
• Manage efficient healthcare service delivery during patient visits, including accurate and updated medical record documentation.
• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and communicate abnormal findings to physicians.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physicals, including applying splints, administering medications, and managing referrals.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed.
• Ensure clinical areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining sterile instruments and functional equipment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
