Production Operator Marietta, OHPay: $16.00$18.00/hr + Shift Premium2nd Shift: +15%3rd Shift: +10%We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing and tolling environment in Marietta, Ohio. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production lines in a manufacturing/tolling environmentFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production outputPerform quality inspections and process-control checks throughout productionAdhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety protocolsWork in both production and warehouse areas as neededOperate forklifts and safely handle raw materials and finished goodsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicate and collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issuesEnsure materials are handled safely and efficiently throughout the process Minimum QualificationsPrior experience in manufacturing or tolling production environmentsForklift experience or certification (required or ability to obtain)Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentationUnderstanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality standardsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for extended periodsStrong and consistent work historyDependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude Preferred QualificationsExperience in tolling or chemical/manufacturing process environmentsQuality assurance or process control training/certificationKnowledge of GMP standardsAdditional equipment or forklift certificationsFamiliarity with workplace safety and compliance standards Why This Role?Competitive hourly pay with shift differentialsOpportunity to work in a structured, quality-driven manufacturing environmentHands-on role with cross-training in production and warehouse operationsLong-term growth potential within a stable industryIf you're looking for a solid production career where your attention to detail and reliability make a real impact, this could be the right fit for you.
