We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing people. This role oversees multiple locations, works closely with executive leadership, and plays a critical role in driving operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple workforce housing properties.
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and department leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to improve performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor labor costs, budgets, purchasing, and operational expenses.
• Partner with Culinary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, HR, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and onsite management teams.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Regional Operations Management experience.
• Hospitality, hotel, multifamily, workforce housing, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Texas and New Mexico.
• Valid driver's license required.
