Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices. Help maintain a clean and safe environment. Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team. Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem‑solving to deliver exceptional care daily. What You’ll Need: Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required). Clean IDPH background record (required). Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
