Job Summary:

The Pastry Cook plays a key role in bringing our donuts to life every day. You’ll learn every part of the production process — dough mixing, cutting, proofing, frying, decorating, and prep. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and consistency matter.

No pastry experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix dough and prepare large‑batch recipes.
• Cut, proof, and fry dough to Salty standards.
• Decorate donuts and pastry items with precision and creativity.
• Follow daily production schedules and prep lists.
• Maintain product quality through visual checks and tastings.
• Communicate with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Leads throughout the shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools.
• Complete cleaning checklists and follow food‑safety procedures.
• Support the team with additional BOH tasks as needed.

About You:

• Previous kitchen experience , minimum 6 months- 1year.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Friendly, positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
