About This Role
We are seeking several compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to clients across multiple locations. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA and play a critical role in helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. At Chroma Early Start, we bring clinical excellence into the heart of early learning. Our mission is to unite educators and behavior analysts in one vision , nurturing each child’s potential through meaningful relationships and data-driven progress
What You'll DoImplement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
Provide direct therapy services in schools or clinic
Teach communication, social, self-help, play, and academic skills
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies
Collect accurate and timely data on client progress and behavior
Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
Follow ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB
Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
Participate in training, supervision meetings, and ongoing professional development
Ensure client safety and dignity at all times
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
Completion of RBT competency assessment
Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Nice To HavesExperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and professionalism
Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and engage actively with clients
