We are dedicated to helping our clients make informed decisions about their properties. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwood, IN, for an Inspector. The Inspector will conduct property inspections, assess building structures, systems, and components for deficiencies, and prepare detailed reports. Responsibilities include identifying issues such as structural concerns, electrical or plumbing malfunctions, and environmental hazards. Inspectors will communicate findings to clients clearly and concisely and provide reliable insights for decision-making. Qualifications Knowledge of building systems, structural components, and home inspection processes Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client communication Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in on-site environments Proficiency with inspection tools, equipment, and technology Certification as a licensed Home Inspector or willingness to obtain certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
