Job Description

Our work depends on Program Sr Manager joining our team to lead the modernization of applications supporting DTRA's Joint Operations Center and provide support to Operational Information Management. HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above
Leads a team of IT professionals and watch officers that maintain, develop, and operate a suite of applications that provides operational information to DTRA leadership
Works closely with DTRA leadership to define requirements and priorities, develop plans, and communicate status
Applies project and program management techniques and principles to control cost, schedule, and scope
Experience in proposal development and Task Order Solicitations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Program/project management experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI required
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and oral communication capabilities
● Preferred Skills: PMP preferred
● Location: Customer Site; some telework is possible
● US Citizenship Required due to the TS/SCI clearance requirement
