System Administrator II

Managing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, the full-time hybrid System Administrator II will ensure system security and efficiency while supporting day-to-day operations and implementing new technologies. Key responsibilities Maintain and monitor essential IT enterprise systems, including operating systems, security tools, and networking systems Implement and manage security measures, ensuring data protection and system backups are in place and tested regularly Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate project statuses and provide technical support as needed Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of system administration experience ITIL v4 or equivalent certification required (can be obtained within six months of employment) Experience in cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, is strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and experience in a call center or revenue cycle management environment preferred Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security technologies, along with relevant professional certifications preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
