Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team for a temporary assignment with a possible opportunity to move to permanent. The CMA will support clinical operations by providing direct patient care and assisting providers with a variety of clinical duties in a fast-paced health center environment.

Dates: June 29, 2026 – September 21, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $22-$25 per hour - based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
  • Administer vaccines according to established protocols
  • Obtain and perform EKGs
  • Collect laboratory specimens
  • Process specimens using a centrifuge
  • Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
  • Previous clinical experience in a medical office, clinic, or health center preferred
  • Experience administering vaccines and performing EKGs
  • Knowledge of specimen collection and laboratory processing procedures

Interview Process
