The Sales & Leasing Associate actively engages with customers, supports their leasing needs, manages accounts, and contributes to both sales and collections—key pillars of long-term success in the rent-to-own industry. Through professional communication and genuine relationship-building, the associate helps ensure customers feel supported from the showroom floor to the delivery of their products. In addition to customer interaction, the role supports essential store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting showroom.
