Supervisor Clinical Nursing / NICU - Full time/Nights

Schedule: 7pm-7am with patterned weekends - 36hrs NICU Inpatient Clinical Supervisor Lead with Care, Serve with Compassion Are you a skilled and compassionate clinician who thrives in both leadership and hands‑on care? In this dynamic role, you will: Provide direct, hands‑on patient care , ensuring safe, high‑quality treatment while leading by example. Coordinate daily clinical operations , helping the unit run smoothly and efficiently. Support and guide clinical staff , holding team members accountable to the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. Interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff, patients, and families. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and safety , promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required Experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years nursing experience including one year experience in pediatric nursing Required and Previous supervisory or lead experience Preferred Skills and Abilities Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills. Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required and PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days Required and ACLS Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLs) required (ED and CCU only) within 180 Days Required and NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required (NICU only).
