INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - Sales Support Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)

Every order that reaches our customers has to be right — right carrier, right inventory, right delivery date, right notes. As a Sales Support Operations Coordinator, you're the final check that makes that happen. You'll work closely with our sales support, transportation, and distribution teams to make sure orders are accurate, complete, and ready to ship so that the schools and families we serve get what they need, when they need it. Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only. External candidates who apply will not be considered for this role. A day on the job looks like this: Review and release orders to our distribution centers, confirming that carrier routes, delivery dates, notes, and bill-of-lading comments are complete and accurate before each order drops. Coordinate order grouping by evaluating inventory availability, stock allocations, delivery timelines, and carrier assignments to meet customer and sales team expectations. Monitor backorder queues for custom orders, tracking reconciliation timelines and flagging issues so orders stay on schedule. Support inventory management by helping reallocate stock, reassign distribution center assignments, and keep a close eye on supply levels across orders.
