Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are from 07:00 to 19:00, with floating required.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in a medical-surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of the start date.
• Current RN licensure.
