Warehouse AssociatePay: $20-$23/hourJob OverviewWe are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves material handling, inventory management, order preparation, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred.ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMove materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipmentMaintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle countsInspect products for accuracy and qualityKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and safeSupport production and warehouse teams as neededQualificationsManufacturing experience preferredWarehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftComfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicWhat We're Looking ForDependable and motivated individualsSafety-focused mindsetStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and growJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, CT.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
