Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Ability to get on a leadership track long term!
Full autonomy in this role working hand in hand with high level leadership
Interest in growing a business and scaling operations beyond the day to day project management tasks
5+ Years of commercial construction within a large Construction Firm, ideally one of the major players
Ability to implement process improvement with an existing team and work through roadblocks and changeover from existing operations and mindset
Strong understanding of the Construction PM lifecycle
Experience with subcontractor buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
