Nursing Supervisor

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our Clermont Behavioral Health Services division. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional looking to make a significant impact in behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder treatment. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of licensed nursing staff and nursing support staff, as well as the planning, development, and day-to-day operations of nursing services. This role involves providing direct patient care, overseeing medication management, and collaborating with care management teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Position Responsibilities for Nursing Supervisor:

• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate nursing and support staff
• Manage day-to-day operations of MAT programs and SUD Psychiatric Services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safe and effective nursing services
• Oversee medication management and provide education to nursing staff
• Collaborate with care management teams and assist in patient treatment planning
• Serve as a resource for psychiatric and medical nursing practices
• Provide direct nursing services to patients
• Coordinate with the Dispensary Team Lead to ensure accurate completion of required reports
• Support and assist with audits involving MAT programs

Position Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• BSN licensed to practice in the State of Ohio with 1 year of supervisory experience OR
• RN licensed to practice in the State of Ohio with 1 year of supervisory experience (MSN preferred)
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle may be required
