Field Reimbursement Manager, Dermatology - (Harrisburg, PA) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its Dermatology/Immunology division based in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves educating healthcare providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes while supporting patient access to J&J therapies across a multi-city territory.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, and coding requirements for immunology therapies
- Serve as reimbursement subject matter expert for local sales and account management teams
- Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs
- Address patient access and affordability issues with urgency and creative problem-solving
- Maintain current knowledge of national, regional, and local market dynamics affecting coverage and access
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
- Minimum 5 years of account management or reimbursement experience
- Experience working in hospital or provider office settings
- Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills
- Knowledge of medication access channels and payer systems
- Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
