Martie is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own how we acquire customers. You will drive acquisition strategy across paid channels, manage CAC and budgets, and scale a fast-test-to-scale engine. This is a player-coach role in a scrappy startup, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The role requires 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, deep familiarity with paid social/search, and experience integrating AI into creative and testing workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Martie
