IT/OT Administrator

Overview The IT/OT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the critical IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) systems, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires expertise in industrial control systems, SCADA, outage management, distributed energy resource management, and compliance with NERC CIP standards. The IT/OT Administrator will oversee the integration and operation of various IT/OT infrastructures, including network components, virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, and backup solutions. Education Minimum: Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field. Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience Minimum: Four (4) years of experience working with Active Directory management, VMware vSphere and associated components, and experience with backup, replication, and clustering technologies, with a focus on Disaster Recovery implementation. Minimum: Two (2) years of experience working with enterprise storage solutions and SAN integration, Microsoft Exchange Office 365, Entra, and Azure. Preferred: Experience within an electric utility or related industry preferred. Certifications Required - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. Other Requirements Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations. Normal work hours will be eight (8) hours Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
