Position Summary We are hiring a full‑time Retail Brand Experience Associate in Scottsdale, AZ. This non‑exempt hourly position offers competitive pay plus a potential monthly bonus and requires on‑site presence at our Scottsdale location. Key Responsibilities Work individually and with team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise; stay up‑to‑date with all products and procedures. Bring a customer‑centered approach to executing sales goals. Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals. Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues and provide an exceptional customer experience. Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams (tech, marketing, design, product) to constantly improve the customer experience. Collaborate with teams such as customer experience, production, and logistics to maintain a low return rate. Perform other duties as assigned. Engage in daily in‑person sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments. Ensure sales floor, windows, displays, and back‑stock areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assist with planning and executing events & community programs. Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service. Ability to lift 200 lbs. and be on your feet all day. Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments. Follow up with customers through the CRM platform and ensure a wholesome experience by being a resource to them. Assist team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails. Qualifications Customer service or retail experience is a plus. Positive, enthusiastic attitude, passion for learning and desire to be part of a growing business set out to change the world. Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus. Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus. Passionate about brand values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication with a passion for people. Positive attitude and a no‑task‑too‑small mentality. Self‑starter; resilient, entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to be at the frontline of a fast‑paced and growing brand. Mac and Google Suite proficiency is also a plus. Comfortable taking phone and video appointments. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Café experience, training experience, experience running branded events is a plus. Regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements Mobility: remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Movement: execute repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; including reaching or bending repeatedly. Move: adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. Lift: lift up to 200 pounds using lifting aids and/or equipment. Operate: constantly operate a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets. Communicate: frequently communicate with other team members to update on the status of a task.
