Role Description:
Content Launch is seeking a creative and strategic Writer - Short Form Social Media Content to join our remote team.
In this role, youll write engaging 25–40 second scripts for service-based businesses across a wide variety of industries. Your scripts should capture attention immediately, maintain strong pacing throughout, and naturally lead viewers toward engagement or conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-performing scripts optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Structure scripts with strong pacing and clear storytelling.
- Adapt writing style to match different client brands and industries.
- Stay current on social media trends and viral content formats.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of what drives engagement and virality across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to write for multiple industries and brand voices.
