Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Preferred at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or sports-related clinical experience. New graduates will be considered.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic, post-operative, general musculoskeletal, and sports injury caseloads.
• Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures and knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing, and Workers‘ Compensation requirements.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel).
• Comfortable communicating directly with physicians and collaborating with other disciplines.

Schedule and Caseload:

• Days. Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Schedule may be adjusted to a typical daily range such as 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Typical visit length: 30 minutes for follow-ups; 60 minutes for new patients.
• 1:1 patient care model with support from a rehab aide/tech.
• EMR systems in use: TheraOffice and Ocupro. TheraOffice is primary.

Clinic and Team:

• Physician-owned PT/OT outpatient clinic treating orthopedic, post-operative, MSK, and sports injury patients.
• Clinic is expanding into a larger space and growing the team due to staff relocations.
• Team seeks an energetic clinician who communicates well with physicians and patients and collaborates across disciplines.
