REGIONAL CDL-A DRIVER | HOME EVERY WEEKEND | $0.60–$0.70 CPM

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• $0.60–$0.70 CPM based on experience
• 2,000–2,700 miles per week
• HOME EVERY WEEKEND
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 100% NO-TOUCH dry van freight
• Dedicated and consistent Midwest lanes
• W2 Company Driver Position
• Paid Orientation – $240 for 1 day
• DOT Clean Inspection Bonus – Up to $150 per inspection

Dragon Xpress is an in-house carrier for ND Paper, which means our drivers aren't sitting around waiting for random broker freight.

We have consistent freight moving throughout the Midwest and are looking for  professional drivers who want dependable miles while still getting home every weekend.

At 2,000–2,700 miles per week, drivers have the opportunity to gross approximately $1,200–$1,890 per week depending on mileage, experience, and CPM rate.

Our regional drivers primarily operate throughout the Midwest, hauling dry van freight between our facilities, customers, and dedicated lanes.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Age: 23 years old

Experience:
At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 48 months

Driving Record:
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle.
No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle within the last 3 years.

Work History:
Consistent driving employment with no extended unexplained gaps during the past 3 years.

Communication:
Must be able to speak and understand English and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Operate safely and follow all DOT and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, fuel, and trip documentation
• Communicate delays or delivery issues quickly with dispatch
• Maintain clean and professional equipment
• Represent Dragon Xpress professionally at customer locations
