Location: Phoenix, AZ 85001
Duration: 12+ month contract (extension possible based on performance)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to perform production-related activities, building components ranging from simple parts to complex subassemblies. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools according to work instructions and test guidelines
Follow routing operations and ensure adherence to quality and production standards
Inspect, pack, and store finished products where required
Read and interpret work orders to complete tasks accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting production timelines
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a production or assembly environment, or equivalent technical training/education
Ability to use both hands for assembly tasks involving tools and mechanical processes
Ability to lift, move, or transfer materials up to 60 lbs without assistance
Ability to read and follow written work instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
Experience with general mechanical or component assembly
Aerospace assembly experience

Work Environment

Moderate to fast-paced production environment
Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and consistent quality
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and manual dexterity
