Paid Media Manager (Fully Remote)
Ground News
- Build Google Ads from a small base into a major growth channel, owning all Google surfaces.
- Own measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing to maintain CAC discipline.
What You’ll Do:
- Set account architecture and campaign structures for Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Build landing pages, partner with agencies on creative, and experiment on adjacent paid channels.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years managing Google Ads at scale, with proven scaling experience from small to large.
- Hands-on YouTube experience and strong analytical instincts in GA4 and BI tools.
