Financial Analyst - Enterprise FP&A (Allocation Team)

Major Duties Point of contact and subject matter expert for indirect expense and revenue allocations. Handle and review monthly and quarterly allocation configuration updates from different Business units. Perform monthly/quarterly reporting processes including forecasting, indirect expense/allocated costs variance analysis and preparation of various reports. Engage in annual planning process supporting the business unit with preparation, timeliness and integrity of the annual indirect expenses budget—from plan cost allocation set‑up to periodic cost allocation runs and reporting—and provide sound recommendations to stakeholders that impact key business decisions. Work closely with the team to identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Participate in special projects. Knowledge & Skills Background in costing and allocations. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to evaluate financial results. Effective written and verbal communication skills to present relevant information to Senior Management and stakeholders. Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co‑pilot. Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos and other systems used in financial reporting, planning and analysis. SAP experience is a plus. Flexible and a team player with awareness of deadlines. Ability to work effectively and build relationships in a geographically blended environment (primarily North America and the Philippines). Experience Required 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, costing, and other functional areas covering accounting and management reporting. $67,500 - 111,500 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
