Provide leadership to crew and other managers. Plan for each shift and monitor performance. Take action to maintain McDonald’s quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over information. Help departments meet their goals and targets. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. 18 years or older.
