Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and bevearge orders accurately.
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, salads, wraps, and other menu items.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Keep the Cafe, dinning area, work stations, and restrooms clean and sanitized.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team memebers during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Resolve customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

Skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
