Financial Services Associate This is a full‑time position with Saturday rotation (out by 12:30 pm). HRCU is a community credit union providing top‑notch service to our members and making a difference in our communities. Responsibilities Interview members to obtain information and explain available financial products and services, such as savings and checking accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, Business and Non‑profit accounts. Open accounts and perform necessary file maintenance ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed. Assist with various administrative duties such as deposit verification, filing and collating. Originate loan applications, forward documents for processing, close loans. Act as liaison between members and various departments reporting member concerns, problem‑solving, and provide a satisfactory resolution within procedures and policies. May provide teller duties such as receive cash and checks for deposit and loan payments. May be responsible for branch opening and/or closing. May assume a leadership role in the event of an emergency. Qualifications Minimum of one‑year sales and/or service experience in a financial institution. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to present in an appropriate manner maintaining courteous and effective interactions and communications. Proficiency in multiple software programs; developed written and communication skills for accuracy and clarity. Team‑player with the ability to work independently; organizational skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail; proactive approaches to problem‑solving.
