Job Details
Location: Outpatient clinical setting, with the assignment starting on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/21/2026.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, with no minimum experience requirement specified.
Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans focused on discharge goals, documenting care in medical records accurately and timely, and providing patient, family, and student education.
The clinician will participate in student programs, pursue ongoing professional development, and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, including state practice acts and licensure requirements.
