Bilingual Customer Service Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Bilingual Customer Service 1st Shift

Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies. Translate and explain information clearly between Spanish-speaking customers and company staff.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in company systems.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, and account updates as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved

Bilingual Customer Service Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Previous Customer Service Experience
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
