Rividium Inc is actively seeking a Change Management / Organizational Transformation Lead to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting military community and family policy through a variety of IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations initiatives. The successful candidate will lead transformation efforts and develop materials to facilitate change adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and significant relevant experience. The position requires strong skills in communication, teamwork, and documentation.
