What You’ll Do * Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations. * Operate and monitor production equipment while following established safety, quality, and operational standards. * Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. * Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns. * Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation activities, support production goals, and work overtime as needed. * Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees. What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent

combination of related experience, education, and training. * Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required. * Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.
