Ecommerce Manager

Dual Electronics is accelerating its digital and marketplace growth across Dual and Jensen, our established automotive stereo brands. This role sits at the center of that growth, owning how we sell direct to consumers and retail partners across Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, eBay and Amazon. Role Purpose The Marketplace and Digital Commerce Manager is the hands‑on owner of Dual and Jensen’s online and marketplace sales channels. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, this role manages day‑to‑day performance on Walmart.com as a direct merchant, grows our presence on emerging channels like TikTok Shop, eBay and Best Buy, and works directly with category managers and rep firms to expand B2B online sales across the full brand The objective is to move beyond routine listing maintenance into a proactive growth engine—optimizing content and search performance, launching data‑backed marketing programs, and reporting the competitive and marketplace insights that shape where we invest next. Duties and Responsibilities Marketplace & Merchant Management (Primary Focus) Walmart.com Ownership: Manage Dual/Jensen as a direct merchant on Walmart.com Marketplace, with back up support for Amazon, overseeing content, pricing, promotions, and advertising to grow B2B and Best Buy, eBay, TikTok Growth: Own and expand Dual/Jensen assortment beyond its initial launch SKUs, curating a catalog suited to the platform and driving sales growth. Listing & Content Optimization: Update and optimize product titles, images, A+ content, and keywords across marketplaces to maximize search visibility and conversion. Category & Rep Firm Coordination: Work directly with category managers and rep firms to increase overall sales and brand awareness across Dual and Jensen in the home and car consumer electronics categories. Digital Strategy & Demand Generation Marketing Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategy—SEO, SEM, and email marketing—to build brand awareness, drive web traffic, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Market & Competitive Insights: Capture and report eCommerce and marketplace trends, competitor pricing, and category shifts; recommend action based on findings. Performance Benchmarking: Build benchmarks and analyze web and marketplace data—traffic, conversion rate, keyword performance—to measure programs against expectations. Cross‑Functional Forecasting: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to forecast product demand, manage annual sales programs, and support national account online expansion. Operational Excellence & Technology AI-Augmented Workflow: Use AI tools to accelerate keyword research, listing content, and marketplace reporting. Project Leadership: Use project management tools to track concurrent marketplace initiatives and campaigns across the brand portfolio, working with the in‑house marketing team. Content Management: Maintain a comprehensive repository of eCommerce assets—listing copy, A+ content, and imagery—across all brands. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 3+ years of hands‑on experience selling direct as a merchant through Walmart.com and Amazon. Experience selling on BestBuy.com, eBay, TikTok Shop is a plus. 3+ years of eCommerce analytics and consumer insights experience. Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, including funnel building and lead‑nurturing programs. Skilled in analyzing and visualizing web and marketplace data: traffic, conversion rate, keyword performance. Experience writing and/or editing marketing content; familiar with email marketing platforms and analysis tools. Proficiency with HTML, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics experience is a plus. Effective oral and written communication skills. Regular use of AI tools for research, content development, and productivity. Required Education and Experience Education: College degree preferred in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field. Professional Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing and eCommerce, Industry Knowledge: Experience in consumer electronics, automotive accessories, or home/lifestyle products is highly desirable. Portfolio: Must provide examples of Walmart.com and Amazon listings, A+ content, and marketing materials personally created and managed. Work Environment: This is a 100% in-office role at our headquarters in Heathrow, FL, on a standard Monday to Thursday work week, with occasional Fridays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
