To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.Key job responsibilities:Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locationsAssemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAsEnsure lab equipment is maintained and calibratedSupports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systemsIdentify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventoryIndependently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverablesExecute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenanceReceive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety proceduresAdditional requirements:Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
