Registered Nurse - Nights Job Description We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care for pediatric and adult patients (females over 18 years of age) in a Med-Surg and Post-Partum setting. The role requires strong clinical skills in a night shift capacity. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and establish care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs. Reassess patients regularly to identify progress and any trends requiring intervention. Develop and implement individualized plans of care in alignment with nursing standards. Document interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. Participate in patient and family education, as well as discharge planning. Utilize effective communication strategies and delegate tasks as appropriate to ensure comprehensive patient care. Assist in the orientation of new nurses and act as a resource for visitors and staff. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in New Mexico or current Compact state license. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
