$2937.60/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care on a per diem basis, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. This position involves supporting short-term staffing needs with flexible scheduling for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities: Administer patient care according to established protocols and standards. Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, responding promptly to changes. Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in medical records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific requirements. Complete full compliance profiles within two weeks of start date. Qualifications: Hold a valid registered nurse license in the state of employment. Demonstrate a minimum of one year of telemetry nursing experience. Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Show ability to work independently and efficiently during 12-hour shifts.
