Graphic Designer (Production Environment)We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong production experience to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This role requires proficiency in CorelDRAW and a solid understanding of print workflows, including experience with RasterLink 7 and/or Mimaki printers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains precision under pressure, and ensures all artwork meets production standards on the first pass.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and prepare artwork using CorelDRAW for production printingEnsure all files are production-ready, accurate, and meet quality standards before releaseOperate within print workflows involving RasterLink 7 and Mimaki printing systemsReview and correct artwork for alignment, sizing, color accuracy, and material compatibilityCollaborate with production teams (printing, cutting, doming, etc.) to ensure smooth workflowManage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesIdentify and resolve artwork issues before they impact productionMaintain organized file structures and version controlSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce errors and reworkQualificationsProficiency in CorelDRAW (required)Working knowledge of RasterLink 7 and/or Mimaki printers (preferred)Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparationAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced production environmentExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong time management and multitasking skillsAbility to follow standard work and maintain consistency across ordersBasic understanding of color management and print materialsPreferred ExperienceExperience in a manufacturing or production-based print environmentFamiliarity with large-format printing, heat transfers, or embellishment processesKnowledge of vector vs. raster artwork and proper file handlingExperience reducing remake rates and improving first-pass qualityKey CompetenciesDetail-Oriented ExecutionProduction EfficiencyProblem SolvingTeam CollaborationQuality Control MindsetWork EnvironmentFast-paced production setting with high daily order volumeClose collaboration with operations and production teamsFocus on accuracy, speed, and continuous improvementSuccess in This Role Looks LikeHigh first-time pass rate on artworkMinimal production errors or reworkAbility to keep up with daily order demandsStrong communication with production team.
