• Evaluate patients using clinical assessment techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home exercises
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• BLS Certification (preferred within 1 month of hire)
