Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on caseload
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications as needed
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to support students with a variety of learning, behavioral, or developmental needs
• Communicate regularly with parents, therapists, staff, and administrators to ensure cohesive support plans
• Maintain accurate records, including student progress, compliance documentation, and report cards
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as required
