Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Press Assistant to support a small press crew in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting with press setup, material loading, quality control, and maintaining safety compliance during shift work hours with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

Assist with press operations and setup
Load and prepare paper and materials
Help with machine operation and maintenance
Perform quality checks and identify color defects
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of machine operation and quality control
Understanding of safety procedures
Basic math and computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
